The practice,
in seven parts.
Every commission falls into one of seven shapes. The shape is not the work; the work is the work. But knowing the shape lets us tell you, on the first call, whether we are the right hands.

Websites
Marketing sites and editorial systems.
We build websites that read like documents and behave like instruments. Typography first, motion last. The kind of site a serious operator can hand to an investor without apology, and a marketer can edit without asking us first.

SaaS Builds
Product software, end-to-end.
We build SaaS the way it should be built: a small team, a sharp scope, and a stack chosen for the next five years rather than the next demo. We will tell you what to cut, ship the half that matters, and help you hire the team that takes it from there.

Mobile Apps
Native-feeling apps for iOS and Android.
Mobile is where most product teams lose a quarter. We help you not. We build with React Native and Expo when the product fits, native Swift or Kotlin when it does not, and we are honest about which is which. Offline first, accessible by default, and reviewed for the App Store on the day we start, not the day we submit.

AI
Useful AI features, not theatre.
We build AI into products where it pays. The interesting work is rarely the model — it is the retrieval, the evals, the guardrails, and the slow, careful tuning of a feature people actually use. We will tell you when an LLM is the wrong answer (often), and when it is the right one (sometimes), and we will price the answer in tokens, not promises.

Cloud Support
Infrastructure, set up and looked after.
Most teams do not need a platform team. They need someone who has run infrastructure before, sets it up sensibly, and stays close enough to fix it when something stops behaving. Cloud Support is that. Boring infra, written down, observable, and on a budget you can predict.

Counsel
Consultations and architecture reviews.
Sometimes you do not need a vendor. You need an honest reading of where you are. Counsel is short, surgical, and written down — a memo you can hand to your board, your engineers, or your future self.

Shadow CTO
Quiet, ongoing technical leadership.
A shadow CTO is what you call when you cannot — or should not — hire one yet. We sit alongside the founder, not in front of them. We help with hiring, architecture, vendor selection, and the structural calls that pay for themselves twice over by year-end.
