Do you offer free revisions?
First 3 revisions are free. Additional revisions are available for an extra charge. Minor revisions are included in the service at no additional cost but major revisions incur costs.
How do we communicate during the project?
Literature and Code uses Slack to ensure clear communication throughout the entire process. All tasks will be documented on Jira
What if I'm not satisfied with the progress?
Your satisfaction is priority. Literature and Code offer revisions to ensure you're happy with the final result (first 3 revisions are free, additional revisions apply extra charges). Literature and Code works with you to make necessary adjustments within the scope of the project.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our service and the immediate start of work, we don't offer refunds once the project has begun. You can cancel your project at any time, but you will be billed for the work completed up to that point unless you canceled before approving on POC. Consultancy services are refundable.
Are consultancy time fixed to a specific timeframe?
No, consultancy time is flexible and can be used as needed. You can book a session for a specific time or use the time as needed. They do not expire and can be used at any time.
Do you offer month by month consultancy?
Yes, this is only applicable to Shadow CTO/Tech Lead service and mentoring service due to their long nature. Please contact us for more information.
